What does the dashboard show?
The dashboard gives you an overview of your Google reviews:

Your current star rating

Your review goal (e.g., how many 5-star reviews you need to move from 4.1 to 4.2)

Can I manage multiple locations?

Yes, and it’s completely free for now! This means that if you have multiple locations, you can manage them all under one Google profile.

Can I view my reviews directly on the dashboard?

Yes, you can see all your reviews, including their content and whether they have been answered.

What happens if I reach my review limit?

You will receive a notification. If you want to continue responding to reviews, you can upgrade your package.

I can't see my business account. What should I do?

If your business account is not visible, it may not be linked to the Google account you registered with.



Check if you are signed in with the correct Google account.




If not, ask an administrator of your Google Business account to invite you using the correct email


Alternatively, log in using the Google account that already has access.

Can I set up automatic responses to reviews?

Yes! Our system can automatically generate responses tailored to each review. You can edit these responses manually or fully automate them.

How often are my reviews updated?

The system syncs your reviews in real time, so you always have the latest data.

How can I set a password if I signed up via Google?

Once you’ve registered through Google API, you can set a password in your profile. This allows you to log in with your email and password instead of using Google.

Why can't I log in?



Make sure you’re using the correct email and password.

If you signed up only via Google, set a password in your profile.

Can I share my account with others?

No – you cant share your account with other Business owners. In this case we will suspend your Account.

Can I try your service for free?

Yes, you can test our service for 7 days for free – no credit card required.

What happens after the trial period?

If you don’t cancel, your selected package will be automatically renewed.

Is there a minimum contract period?

No, you can cancel your subscription at any time.

Can I order your review cards or NFC products?

Yes, you can order review cards, NFC tags, and table stands directly from our shop.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards, PayPal, and SEPA direct debit. All payments are securely processed via Stripe.

Do I receive an invoice?

Yes, your invoice will be automatically sent via email and is always available in your dashboard.

Can I upgrade or cancel my package anytime?
Yes! Upgrades take effect immediately. Cancellations can be done anytime through your dashboard.
